This Privacy Policy applies to the sites where it appears

This Policy describes how we treat personal information on http://stage.moldex.com/.  It does not apply to the practices of Moldex-Metric’s foreign subsidiaries or affiliates.  Please read this policy to learn about what we do and your choices.  By interacting with us you consent to our privacy practices.

What information do we collect from and about you?

We collect contact information about you including your name, title, business address, business phone number, and email.

We collect usage information.  If you use our website, we may collect information about the browser you are using.  We may look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us.  This may include your operating system, ISP information and IP address.  We may also collect information about your general location.

How is information collected?

We collect information directly from you when you enter it into our website.

We collect information from you passively.  We use tracking tools like browser cookies and web beacons.  We do this on our website and in emails that we send to you.  We collect information about users over time when you use this website.  This includes usage and browser information.   We may have third parties collect personal information in this way.

Why do we collect your information on the Moldex® site?
We use the information we collect (i) to communicate with you regarding our products and services, and to communicate with you for transactional purposes; (ii) to respond to your inquires or requests; (iii) to improve our online products and services and to customize your experience with us; (iv) to process your purchases; (v) for marketing purposes, for instance to send you information about new products, features, updated, and special offers or to serve you ads; and (vi) as otherwise permitted by law or as we may notify you.

Must you disclose information to use the Moldex® site?

You have certain choices about how we use your information.  You can opt out of certain marketing communications by emailing marketingoptout@moldex.com or following the instructions in any promotional message you get from us.  If you opt out of marketing messages you will continue to receive messages from us about your relationship with us, where permitted by law.

You can control cookies and tracking tools.  Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depends on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. To control flash cookies, which we may use on certain websites from time to time, you can go here.  Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform and we do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.  Options you select are browser and device specific.

Will we share your information with anyone?
Moldex® does not share information about you with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share information: (i) with third party service providers that we have contracted with to perform services on our behalf, such as distribution, data storage, data processing and information technology support; (ii) with other corporate entities within Moldex®; (iii) as permitted or required by law; (iv) to protect ourselves or if we are investigating potential fraud; (v) and for other reasons we may describe to you.

In addition, but subject to any applicable law, we reserve the right to transfer information we hold about you to any successor to all or part of our business.

California Privacy Rights

If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.  To make such a request please send us an email at marketing@moldex.com or write to the address listed below.  Indicate in your letter that you are a California resident making a “Shine the Light” inquiry.

How will Moldex® protect your information?
We use appropriate and reasonable security measures as required by relevant law.  The internet is not 100% secure.  We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe and encourage you to use caution when using the internet.  This includes not sharing your passwords.

These sites are not intended for children.

Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us at marketing@moldex.com. You can also write to us at the address listed at the end of this policy. We provide links to these sites solely for your convenience and information, but these sites are not under our control and this Policy does not apply to them. We are not responsible for information that is collected, used or disclosed by these sites or for any use you make of these sites.
